By Craig Richard Nowadays especially in the 21st Century, it is predicted that stress related illnesses such as anxiety and depression will become the biggest killers to human being. Despite significant advances in housing, standards of living, quality of food, and medical science, the pressures all of us have to face in todays world are as demanding as any pressures experienced by our predecessors. Why are these illnesses on the rise? And why do some people become so sick through these illnesses, they can find it hard to function? Well they sure dont happen overnight! You dont suddenly wake up one morning and feel stressed or depressed. It is not like flicking on a light switch! And by the same rule, if youre suffering, you cant just wake up one morning, flick off the switch and say am I feel better now?
Many people who dont suffer from these illnesses often say to sufferers. If only it was so easy! Should anyone say this to you, please forgive them as its just a lack of understanding. Its very hard for people to understand how youre feeling if they havent been reach the same level.
The fact that these illnesses dont suddenly happen means we can draw some parallels with illnesses such as heart diseases, some cancers and strokes. Because these illnesses dont just suddenly happen either. If we look at heart disease, its often the result of damaging behaviors practised over many years. Behaviors such as smoking, lack of exercise and a abnormal diet high in saturated fat. Strokes are a result of similar behaviors and cancers too, specially heavy smoking and drinking as you knew.
So how do stressful illnesses such as stress, depression and anxiety compare to? For many of us, feelings of distress remain constant companions: About 19 million Americans suffer from serious anxiety conditions like obsessive-compulsive disorder and social phobia, reports the National Institute of Mental Health, while virtually everyone else deals with less debilitating but still harmful levels of anxiety. Stress is also the product of harmful mental habits and behaviors. These habits and behaviors are developed and practised over years since childhood in most of the cases. Think of it like learning to drive a car. Initially, the skills required to control the vehicle needed conscious thought. It seemed really difficult didnt it? But once were performed them for sufficient periods, we drive as an auto-pilot. Were mastered the required skills by repetition. Herere the key: if we eat healthy food, take regular exercise, cut out harmful behaviors such as smoking and drinking, we improve our health and drastically reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer and strokes. We are repeating good habits, habits that will give our physical well being a huge boost. Its exactly the same for stress. Whats important to understand is that not everyone becomes stressed or depressed even when tragic and traumatic circumstances happen to them. Just like people who lead a healthy lifestyle and avoid harmful habits and behaviors, people don't become stressed or depressed because they have learned effective habits and behaviors that prevent stress from arising. This is very good news if you suffer from these illnesses. Because just as we can learn habits and behaviors which cause us to become highly-stressed, depressed or anxious, we can learn the habits and behaviors which stop these terrible illnesses in their tracks. And the more often we make use of them, were soon begin to perform them automatically and our mental health will benefit tremendously. No more feeling stressed out. No more feeling unable to deal with somebody. No more anxiety and no more depression. Im living proof of this. Omega 3 EPA: Nature's Very Own Anti-depressant
By Jane Stewart Since Dr Malcolm Peet, a consultant psychiatrist at Sheffield swallow court hospital released his findings about the effects of Ethyl Epa and its effects on people suffering from depression and low moods, many other studies have been performed using Ethyl Epa to help treat depression and related disorders. The vast majority of the studies that have been performed consistently confirmed that Ethyl Epa, a natural substance found in omega 3 fish oil, helps relieve depression and low moods. The idea that high grade omega 3 EPA could be used to help combat depression and other related disorders came from the late Dr Horribin, who as early as the 1970s was a pioneer in lipid research involving the brain and central nervous system. The Plant Philanthropist
By Kenneth C. Hoffman One year after we moved into our new ranch-style home, the Merion Bluegrass lawn was growing well and the basic flower beds were mapped out. A new home doesn't need repairs, but a myriad of needs kept cropping up to soak up any available money. A trip to the local plant nursery put us in shock when we added up the cost of perennials, mulching and proper bricks for the borders. I would search the want ads for bargain lots of building materials, garden tools, mowers and fertilizer with much success. When people move, they don't want to weigh down the moving van with old tools and bags of fertilizer. They practically give them away. The one thing people would never part with are their perennials. Plants and trees are quite visible to the new owners and they usually expect that they go with the house. My whole winter was spent browsing the catalogs for hosta, iris, roses, and especially day lilies. Available in mouth-watering shades, these new hybrid day lilies come in different heights and plant habit. Some are good for along a fence, other make good border plants, each clump doubling in size every year. Unlike the road side day lilies that grow to four feet tall, bloom only briefly, and send out root runners to take over the rest of the garden, the hybrids are garden friendly. Unfortunately, a grouping of three roots cost about eight dollars, sending the cost of the needed plants into the hundreds of dollars. One day, in a conversation with a local nursery owner, he revealed the source of some of his day lilies. The farmer lived in a nearby town and grew day lilies for a living. Some intense research turned up his address and I paid him a visit. Presented with row upon row of cultivated day lilies in every imaginable shape and color, I drooled over owning just a few of them for our garden. I parted with all the money I had, fifteen dollars, and went home with three starter clumps. Before leaving, I took a few pictures of his fields and some individual blossoms he had self propagated. I later made a set for him to keep. One low growing beauty sported forty blooms on each stalk (opening one per day) in tones of deep ruby red. Another met the dawn in diamond dusted five-inch-wide flowers in ivory and shell pink, showing an apple green center. A third boasted four inch blooms in a true lemon yellow. The following summer, I received a call from the farmer. He informed me that he had sold his farm land to a developer and had already bought ten acres twenty miles further west. He had removed all he needed to seed the new day lily farm but was forced to leave hundreds of mature plants. The bulldozers were slated to start preparing the land for the new development the following week and if I would like, I could help myself to any number of plants for my garden. I almost dropped the phone in excitement. Here was presented to me the most desirable flowering perennials I could dream of for our garden! Free!! I thanked him and spent the next three days digging, boxing, and transporting the day lilies. The next July Fourth we had a barbecue party in the back yard. Ringing the gentle curves of the brick borders bloomed forty varieties of hybrid day lilies, glorifying our new garden and warming our hearts. Retired portrait photographer now lives in a townhouse. Study Finds Healthy Mouth - Healthy Body Relationship
By Michael Callen According to a new study appearing in the American Journal of Periodontology, researchers have found a significant correlation between healthy eating and healthy gums. Specifically, those people who were not overweight, consumed a nutritious diet, and regularly exercised with moderate intensity were 40% less likely to suffer from gum disease. Of the over-12,000 people surveyed, only 3% of the people possessed all three traits (not being overweight, eating a nutritious diet, and exercising regularly), but its interesting to note that as people added more of these traits to their arsenal, their periodontal health improved as well. Those people who possessed two of the traits were 29% less likely to suffer gum disease, and those who possessed only one of the three key traits were 16% less likely to suffer gum disease. In statistics, there is a saying that goes like this: "Correlation is not necessarily causation." This means that, while the correlation is statistically significant, one must decide whether it is the healthy behavior that is the cause of the healthy mouth, or the healthy mouth the cause of the healthy behavior. He also concludes that the current crisis in children's health is caused by the type and amount of food we are feeding our kids. If that's right, it's shocking to think that the fast meal you treat your kids to may be causing them long-term harm. In the UK nearly 15% of children are clinically obese. Not slightly overweight, but obese. That's 5 or 6 children in the average classroom. And that's for children under 10! The evidence shows that physical activity seems to be controlled by a child's genes. If a child does a lot of physical exercise at school they tend not to do much more when they get home. But a child who does no physical activity at school tended to do more in the evening when they got home. Professor Wilkin suggests that there is no correlation between how much activity you do and your body mass index. If that's correct and it's true for children, it must be true for adults too. So you may not be able to shift much weight just by exercise alone. A pretty bleak thought for anyone who's wanting to lose some weight. Just consider this statistic from the UK: Roughly 1.5 billion ($2.8 billion) is being spent on providing school sports fields. Just 0.07% was the funding sought by the research team. No funding has been offered. So what would be a sensible way to ensure your child doesn't get fat? Come to that, what would be a sensible way for adults? Well, the Professor hasn't advocated stopping activity. But he does put emphasis on diet, both quantity and quality. So a wholesome regime of fresh foods, fewer treats and yes, some activity, would seem to be a winner. Iesa and Jesus in the Pyramid

Evidence indicates this `Crown' (tiara) of Tara was constructed through an enormous effort. 300 towering oak posts once surrounded the hill. We think it probably dates from 2500 to 2300 BC and still had a big physical presence even after the posts were taken out or rotted, Mr. Newman said.2 This is the approximate time of Abraham, the "son of Terah" who became the patriarch of Judaism, Christianity and Islam (the three religions at the root of the holy War on Terror). His column (i, eye) or pillar of Tara is remembered as the Tree of Life of numerous traditions. The chance that the speakers may be sharing incorrect knowledge, or not at all knowledgeable themselves (it pays to make your own assessments of presented topics, not just blindly "follow the pack"). Tips, tricks, and strategies need to be weighed as to "worth" and "accuracy" before using these. Careful thought rules here. 3. The time spent away from your actual business, or life, to attend. Time is always a concern when scheduling activities and some individuals simply can't spare the time away from their lives for activities such as this. 4. The chance that the topics may not actively help your business or your concerns, and that the seminar will be a waste of time, where nothing you learn is of any use to you. 5. The chance that attendees will expect too much from a seminar and thus be disappointed. Realism must rule here. These are not "instant answers" to anything. Overall, seminars, if chosen carefully, can be a good experience. They are not miracle cures to business problems or other problems, however, and this must be kept in mind when deciding to attend a seminar. These are, after all, optional events, and success or failure in business or life will probably not hinge on attendance at seminars! Many different methods of learning business strategies and life strategies exist for those that don't have the time flexibility or money flexibility to attend. Just visit your local library or local community college, and you'll find a wealth of knowledge on all subjects. it's the hottest marketing topic online. Is it a new concept? Well on the Internet maybe, but if like me, you've been
involved in direct response marketing in the 'Bricks and

things since time immemorial. So what's this Niche Marketing thing all about? If you have ever taken Marketing 101 then you'll have heard
of the old marketing adage : "Find a need and fill it" -
that's what "Niche Marketing" is all about. Finding a
"focussed" group of people, with a specialized interest,
eager to buy (The Niche) and promoting a suitable product or

few thousand bucks a year from these tiny specialized
markets, they're after millions from mass markets... ... And let's face it if you're a little guy you simply
can't be everything to everybody, so you must pick a
specific focus (Niche) for your business. For example don't
target "Fishing", instead target "Fishing Baits" or "Fishing
Lures" both of which have a much more specific focus... ...Get the idea? Once you narrow down the size of the market you have an

The rise of Islam is only another part of the last days offering of other roads on the broad path to destruction. The popularity of Islam can only be fully appreciated by taking another look at the nature and purpose of the one who makes all the other roads available. Among the many names used for Satan in the Bible few of them show his nature better than, 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant: because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Islam is not only a product of the arch deceiver but it is now roaring around the globe with its message of death and destruction. Regardless of what deception is offered on the supper table of the devil, it is always a recipe for his ultimate purpose, destruction.
